We arrived for a one night stay hotel very quiet but what a lovely hotel. Outstanding views layout spectacular, staff incredibly attentative we had the best stay in a hotel for a long time, the top terrace views outstanding. Location is about half a mile from Kalkan Town but 400 yards from quiet small beach area. We would recommend this hotel for couples and families alike. Games room and gym pool etc. Highly recommended

We went for 2 weeks late in the season so my review is based on a close to the end of season stay.
I saw previous reviews on cleanliness. Was it filthy? No. Was it spotless? Also no.
If you have mobility issues, not for you. Beautiful views but the steps to get there should be expected. Not much in the immediate area so a taxi or hills should be part of your plan. Taxis aren't expensive, around £3-4 will get you out for dinner or into town.
The breakfast offered is good. The food offering otherwise is quite limited. If you're vegetarian, extremely limited. No bar snacks apart from ice cream (limited due to the time of our stay), so no crisps or olives or anything.
Whereas we didn't struggle to get a lounger, I don't know how well that would work in season.
I don't want to paint a negative picture as we enjoyed our stay and it's a beautiful location, but just be aware!! Don't pack heels, you have no need and have a few more leg days in the gym and it'll be fine!
Still very hot when we went but perfectly located to get a sea breeze if there was one, obviously not their fault!
So given the above, if you're not expecting luxury, are prepared to walk/taxi it to eat out or to sight see, or just relax by the pool, yes I would recommend. For a family holiday? Not sure. There is a small kids pool and play area, but that's it and I wouldn't want to be pushing prams up those hills or having to deal with hot tired children getting them to and fro. Would I go back? No, I don't think so.

Amazing hotel to relax and unwind. The pool area is superb and you even get a free ticket to enter the beach club below the hotel. Highly recommend!
