The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is located on a quiet and peaceful street. There is a large parking area for cars.
The room is located in the attic and has only one window.

Everything seemed brand new, it was that clean. We were quite impressed! The location is super family friendly and convenient to travel to Munich. Supermarkets just down the road, everything you need is in the town of Garching.
It can get quite hot without A/C.

The room and facilities were very nice, clean, and extremely modern. The breakfast was simple but good: a selection of cereals, fresh bread and croissants, meats and cheeses, jams and jellies, juices and hot drinks. It is self service, but since I just needed something quick and quality, it was spot on.
The checkin process was a pain. Instead of simply handing your documents to the registration, you have to enter everything yourself. And they spammed me (5+ messages) before the stay to enter everything myself beforehand, which I declined to do, and eventually asked them to stop writing me. I prefer not to give my personal information to random web sites (it wasn't through Booking.com). There was a human being at the registration who could have spent a minute of time to do this, but no, navigate through their system for the first time and enter everything yourself.
