Even though we only stayed for one night, this place exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive - we arrived hungry and they reopened the restaurant just for us, turned on the AC, and served us personally. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and came with a lovely pampering coffee set. Great central location too, close to the impressive 1300 Years of Bulgaria monument.
Nothing much to complain about - our only regret is that we only booked one night here, as we would have loved more time to enjoy the hotel.

The staff was veeeery polite and helpful, the breakfast was high-quality, the rooms are clean and with a very interesting interior. There is a beautiful garden to drink your coffee and have breakfast
