A perfect place to discover Pirin

Excellent

One morning we had a fried egg with bacon which was nice ! Staff were very helpful and rooms with views were very adequate. Hotel provided a shuttle to the Ski area which was good. We even got a telephone call from the hotel saying that pyjamas were left in one of the rooms and did we want them to post them over? Unfortunately we received an email saying that the cost for postage would be 60 Euros so informed them not to bother posting them. We received an email back saying that they will keep the pyjamas and we could collect them on our next visit to the hotel!

Breakfast was mostly continental but no qualms as still a great value nice hotel.

Great value for money if you use the Sauna facilities after skiing.

Amazing Sauna, breakfast although not to impressive included nice coffee and omelette with beacon so it did the job. A very nice, clean modern looking shower.

The sound proofing in the building almost non existent but its a minor problem compared to everything else you get. And its a bit of a walk to the ski pass and main gondola but closer to the historical part of bansko with the beautiful church tower. No kettle was the biggest minus for us personally.

Great balance value for money

Average breakfast, but enough for the morning. The shuttle in the morning to gondola is whenever you want. Same thing for coming back from gondola, you just have to make a call and the shuttle is there in 5 minutes.

The fridge in the room was not running. At the reception they told me that many rooms have this issue... well, if it's an issue, you should solve it, right? Probably a little bit for saving money. Luckily, we had balcony and we used it as a fridge.

Excellent small hotel

Great hotel, we stayed here, family of 4 on a b&b basis. Situated in the old town, spacious rooms, decent breakfast. Good spa and gym facilities. Friendly staff and ski bus to gondola. 20 min walk to modern bars and gondola. 2 minutes walk to supermarket and 2 great restaurants. We had food in the Goose twice; service, price, and food were excellent....definitely recommend it. Uncle George's was an experience, great food, even though we didn't have exactly what we ordered, crazy host, loads of food and wine. The cost of the hotel was £593 during half term for 2 rooms. Great value

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, the room, the location and mostly the spa - it was very relaxing to spend some time in the jacuzzi and the sauna, after skiing all day. .

The restaurant did not work for dinner, but nearby there are some pubs with Bulgarian traditional dishes.

A hotel worth discovering

The breakfast was ok even though it was a standard one. The hosts were kind and provided us with a radiator one night when there were problems with the heating plant and it was solved the next day. They were also prompt when a light bulb burned out, replacing it after only an hour. Be prepared to put your ping pong racket in the luggge because there is a well-kept tennis table in the basement.

Instead of a 6m / 3m mini pool, a hammam and a sauna, the hotel architect better designed a single GOOD facility, but it is not the fault of the reception. So ... you don't understand anything if there are more than 3-4 tourists. Also anti-Covid measures were sometimes taken, sometimes less so. Unfortunately, we took Covid, but I can't really tell if it was from the hotel or from the restaurants in the resort.

A standard breakfast to meet everyone's taste and preferences. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and nice shared spaces.

Since I am not a smoker I'd prefer if smoking was limited in the hotel shared spaces. It is a difficult question but I am pretty sure if asked the staff would resolve the issue.

There is underground parking that must be requested. Cleaning Ok.

At breakfast we found almost nothing to eat. We had to ask the staff to bring more food, because the trays were empty. They also brought a few slices of salami and a few slices of cheese. The lady at the bar did not know English at all and she had to go to the hotel reception.

Nice place near town center

New place, kept clean and comfortable, carpet. Good breakfast included. It was summer stay but for winter it would be good too.

My room was above entrance but fortunately it wasn 't too busy. (I had asked for a quiet room). There is no air conditioner but I knew that and for the short stay it didn 't bother me.

Siamo stati bene.

Ci siamo stati solo una notte. Eravamo fuori stagione e credo gli unici ospiti della struttura, L'accoglienza è stata cordiale e con grande disponibilità. Abbiamo parcheggiato le moto, al sicuro, nel loro comodissimo garage. Stanze sufficientemente spaziose con letti comodi. Tipica colazione continentale con poco dolce.

Очень милая уютная гостиница, расположена в тихом месте, стоянка бесплатная возле гостиницы. Чисто, очень удобные подушки, есть сейф, холодильник. Персонал очень приветливый, особенно Яна(говорит по русски). Завтраки нормальные,есть фрукты, овощи.

Поставить корзину для мусора не только в туалете, желательно шапочки для душа.
