About this villa rental
Splendid villa 2/4/6 beds 750 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of COSTA REI accessible on foot with a comfortable walk, 400 meters away is the shopping center with super market, fish shop, newsagent, pharmacy, pastry shop, rotisserie , jewelery and bazaar, on Thursday and Saturday you can go shopping at the local market. The house has a garden with green lawn, large veranda for outdoor dining, barbecue, outdoor shower, water supply, satellite TV. Internally the villa has a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom on the ground floor, and two other bedrooms in the loft, bathroom with shower. The house is fully equipped with hairdryer, washing machine, iron, microwave, cot, high chair etc .. At 7 meters from the house there is a private pool open in July, August and mid-September with daily, weekly and monthly passes

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies (13,15)
haben uns im Haus von Michele sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöner Garten, gute Ausstattung, tolle Grillmöglichkeit.
Michele ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die oberen Schlafzimmer sind für Kleinkinder weniger geeignet. Wie im Inserat beschrieben, ist die Treppe recht steil.
Für uns war es perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. In unmittelbarer Nähe , ca. 30 m befindet sich eine tolle Pizzeria.

Abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze estive, la casa ha rispecchiato tutte le nostre aspettative. Il mare dista a circa 5 minuti a piedi passando per stradine per lo più pedonali. I proprietari sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist zutreffend, der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war gut, Michele war sehr zuvorkommend, alles hat gut geklappt. Wir haben einen extra Sonnenschirm bekommen und im Kühlschrank warteten gekühlte Getränke für eine entspannte Ankunft. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum Kochen ausgestattet. Für Menschen, die nicht als Familie reisen und alle Zimmer nutzen wollen, sei allerdings folgendes gesagt:
Die Zimmer oben sind sehr klein, man kann kaum stehen, ein Raum hat Licht, der Schalter dafür ist allerdings im Nebenraum (= Durchgangszimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten). Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil, - nichts für einen Abgang mit schwerem Gepäck. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt und von der Straße aus einsehbar.
Bei Anreise wird zusätzlich in eine nicht unerhebliche Tourismussteuer in bar verlangt , die in der Beschreibung dieses Angebots leider nirgendwo erwähnt wird. Wir haben davon erst zwei Tage vor Anreise erfahren und keine nähere Erläuterung dazu erhalten.
Die Costa Rei mit ihrem großartigen Strand ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fischladen sind auf dem Weg dorthin, zweimal die Woche ist Markt.
Fazit: Nettes Haus für einfache Ansprüche in toller Umgebung.
