About this apartment rental
A lovely apartment in an attractive building with views on the sea from a sunny south-east facing balcony and situated in front of the beautiful Velilla beach and promenade. Exit the building and you are on the beach. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Almuñecar is steeped in history with its traditional cobbled old town streets and pretty squares. The Moorish castle of San Miguel sits above the town and below there is the Majuelo, a beautiful botanical gardens where during the summer there are artistic productions: the international jazz festival, flamenco, etc. There are no shortages of amenities nearby: shops, restaurants, beaches, water sports, golf courses and diving centres. There is a tropical bird park and an aquarium. Sierra Nevada ski resort is ninety minutes away. Almuñécar is less than a one hour drive from Malaga and Granada.

El apartamento esta bien, limpio. Vistas maravillosas. Muy cercan a la playas y con toda clase de servicios alrededor. El dueño una persona muy agradable. Buena relación calidad precio.

We arrived at the apartment which was easy to find. The owner Felix was very helpful and gave us information on the apartment. The location was excellent, beautiful views which we never tired of. The apartment was spotlessly clean but does need updating. There was no information in the apartment on places to visit, restaurants etc. but as we had been to Almunecar before we did know our way around. The little bar and restaurant outside of the apartment block was very nice and friendly. Felix the owner was very nice and was on hand if ever you needed him for anything.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a pie de playa y con tiendas/bares cerca del apartamento.
Pero, el apartamento necesita una reforma urgente; los muebles estaban deteriorados, la cocina (tenía todos los utensilios necesarios) pero los fuegos tardaban mucho en calentarse.
El trato con el dueño fue magnífico, tuvo muchos detalles a la llegada y su atención fue buena. Excemente
