Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my disabled mum. The room was extremely clean and spacious. I was blown away by how clean it was.
The mattress was very soft, I prefer a firmer mattress but that's a personal preference really. Overall I loved my stay and would gladly stay again.

By the time we went for breakfast at 09.30 Hrs it was not very hot. It was luke warm which was a shame as it was a lovely breakfast with eggs done to perfection. All the other facilities were fine.
The location!! This hotel was not close to the Manchester Picadilly Station which was out priority when booking. Booking.com need to review their description of the hotel location. The breakfast was look warm ~ see above. There was not hairdryer.
