    This is a lovely place clean and staff were amazing. Only down fall was my working dog had to pay as well but other than that for one night this place was amazing.

    We stayed for three nights, the place was fine, a little tired but still decent.

    Although the rooms are tired, the cost was reasonable for b&b and the staff were hospitable which made the stay very pleasant. Small pet gift, accommodating at meal times about our dog’s insecurities around other dogs. Short distance from Rochester which is an incredible historical place to visit. A great wildlife park on the doorstep within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend to others.
