Everything was really great. The rooms were clean, the surroundings were clean, they cleaned the pool every morning. Very kind staff, smiling. I will definitely come back here. We took all inclusive, the food was very rich. Every day for lunch and dinner there were different choices, both seafood and burgers.

The hotel and facilities were very good. The food was also very good - a lot of choice at breakfast and dinner - and the breakfast and dining room really clean. Staff were exceptuonally friendly and always willing to help. My only slight criticism was that I found the mattress in our room too hard for me. I would not hesitate to visit again.

The mattress was too hard for me as I have osteoarthritis.

We have always loved for years staying in this hotel when it was "Labranda" Bahía de Lobos. Such a pity it has changed so much, not for the better. Location is brilliant. Property is kept very clean. Rooms are very big and comfortable, need updating. Staff are friendly, kind and work very hard.

Animation is very poor. No atmosphere around pool like before. No Parasols, many of the few there are all torn. Bottom of main pool needs repair, very lumpy bottom. Food isn't as good as other years. Too much Pork for lunch and dinner, on main course nearly every day. Having stayed here for many years under MP hotels Labranda, the hotel needs renovation. Was very noisey late some nights, Security ?? Still like it, but we're somewhat disappointed with the lack of "all the Above" Sangria taken off pool bar menu 😥 and it the Main Spanish drink !! had to buy it in Supermarket. Will definitely return when refurbished...... hopefully
