Very friendly welcome. Found all reception staff very welcoming. Location is good. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to beach and lake.

Low beds, are a little uncomfortable. Hard to keep light out at night because the outdoor patio lights on the ground floor stay on all night and come into the room.

Rooms: Although spacious, the bed was very uncomfortable and moreover the AC was on top of our heads which was very irritating. (Bed was moved) Breakfast: there was no space for us - we waited but unfortunately we had to go and have bfast elsewhere - we were offered to eat bfast in the room!!!! what??? Bfast food was very average We had to book a night in another hotel to have a good nights sleep and enjoy a good bfast After expressing our concerns all we got was Im sorry I understand! Pool Area very basic Anyways never again

Incredible artwork in the lobby, stylish rooms with high quality finishes, state of the art AC system, room extremely quiet, senior management deeply care - will go above and beyond (e.g. Spiros the restaurant manager)

No pillow selection, poor breakfast quality (in-room ordering), no room service available after 23:00, rooftop terrace only available after 7pm (even for drinks), rooms are small, hotel uses poor quality 3rd party overpriced transfer service from the airport

Wonderful relax stay

Boutique style hotel, very neat and well designed; Friendly polite personnel; You'll have a greeting drinks and sweets upon arrival; interesting system of breakfast serving, we liked fresh juices and pastries; comfortable spacious bathroom; good swimming pool and facilities; all our personal requests were fulfilled. Nearby is the street with different cafes, kids playground, 10-15 min walk to the chargeable city beach (10 euro per adult and 5 euro per kids), one needs to take towels with you

The floor in the room was a bit dusty (if you go without slippers) No hairdryer in the bathroom (didn't need it but generally it should be there) Porridge for breakfast in the menu card would be very appropriate (as it has a lot of varieties of egg-dishes and 1 choice of pancakes) Didn't like the bed mattress - very soft for my back, but it's all personal.

The modern hotel was a fantastic stay. They were incredibly accomodating for our 10 month old baby. The hotel sits a 20 min drive from Athens city centre in the beautiful Vouligameni area. We did a day trip into Athens that was super easy using Uber (taxi). Staying out in the area at a beautiful hotel made the trip even better.

On occasion the pool bar wasn’t staffed, although it was grey and 20 degrees (also in pre-season, mid April).

Excluded the breakfast everything was good.

The hotel has a good location, almost at the seaside. The interior design is so elegant and modern but warm!- Really nice to be there. The room was quite big with a nice view to the sea. The bed was comfortable. At the reception everybody was very polite and kind! The outdoor terrace is nice also the pool area.

The breakfast was not good. lots of sweet pastries and only egg dishes on the menu. (we had egg alergy) We had to ask for cold cuts separately so they brought us a slice of speck ham and half a slice of turkey ham.There were no vegetables or fish and the cold cuts were funny little, one and a half slices of meat for two people On the third morning they said if we asked for salmon or avocado they would have it in the kitchen.The waiter pours water and orange juice, or you have to ask for it if he's not paying attention. This is rubbish from a 5 star hotel.Perhaps everyone would be happier with a buffet breakfast at such an accommodation.

Each one of the staff members was extremely generous, thank you for your generous hospitality, the facilities, accommodation and restaurant were exquisite . The location was great. The management did it's best to make us feel comfortable with the kids.

Size of the room, huge balcony, big windows, size of bath, breakfast was good quality. Lobby was very inviting like being in a nice house.

Pool wasn't open yet even though it was already warm, no shower facilities provided after check out as our flight was late in the evening. We would have been happy to use the shower facilities and changing room of the pool even with it being not opened yet. They didn't replenish the coffee capsules in the 3 days we were there. When I asked the cleaner if we can get more capsules, she said I need to ring room service.

Location, rooms, breakfast and personnel were perfect. The pleasant smile and respectful attitude of the staff at the reception and restaurant made my day better and I felt very welcome in the hotel.

The room showed minor signs of wear and tear. Leaking tap, cracked joints between tiles and mould around the bath. All it would have taken was an hour of work by an experienced handyman to get the room in perfect condition. I don't know why management doesn't address this one blemish on the beauty of an otherwise perfect hotel.
