Great hotel for families.
The service was great.
The water park is excellent!
The room was very comfortable (they upgraded us to a big room).
the snack bar is offering diversified food all kind.
The hotel Location is far from chania center.
The floor around the main pool is very slippery.
No hair conditioner.
The wifi didn't work at my room.
