Location, ambience!! Beautiful property and my room had the best views.

The late night room service menu could be a little better. We checked in late in the evening and there weren’t too many options and we were starving.

They have a private beach but it’s pebble/rocks and not white sand

Amazing view, fantastic service with attention to detail, the breakfast is great, really wonderful all around. We even got some champagne, cake and desserts to celebrate our upcoming wedding and my fiancées birthday! Also the movie room was so much fun, we made good use of it :)

One minor inconvenience was that we didn’t have a full length mirror in the room.

The location was excellent being opposite Spinalonga. The hotels beach was great, sun beds were comfortable and swimming/snorkelling off the pontoon was great. The pool near reception was lovely to swim in and generally quiet. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

The Ibiza style pool party that took place one afternoon. Music was too loud and could be heard if you were on the beach, not relaxing at all. We had a room with a pool, which was meant to be a swim up pool but it wasn’t, you had to go down steps to access it and when you were in it your view was a fence. This was not what I saw photos of on booking.com. The pictures were a swim up pool overlooking Spinalonga which could be seen whilst you were in the swim up pool. Our room was also very close to the main road, so when you sat on the balcony it wasn’t quiet. Route down to the beach was via a funicular railway. There was only one, which meant having to wait for a while at busy times. For the money I paid, I hoped for better, I was disappointed.
