En la llegada solo una persona en recepción que no daba abasto, habitaciones que no abrían la puerta, luces en mal estado, duchas en mal estado, en la piscina: la ducha no funcionaba, ajugeros dentro i fuera de la piscina, la escalera de la piscina rota, Tierra en el Interior de la piscina.
La chica de recepción no podía atender en la zona de bar por qué estaba sola.
