Nice boutique hotel in a good location, would stay agin but would like them to look at their breakfast deliver to improv

Good location, right next to the beach. Room was big enough for 2 for a week stay.

Breakfast was a bit of a shambles everyday, not enough food, broken coffee machine, rude staff, not enough tables. I just think they weren’t prepared or had enough staff the late season bookings for the IM World Champs.

This property is such an amazing location. I’ve stayed here before and I will again. Lovely staff, I like the breakfast, and the rooms are a good size.

The room as well as the breakfast area wasn’t clean, glasses and cutlery were dirty, as well as the tables outside. The cleaning staff exchanged the towels but that was basically it.

Pleasant stay in the heart of Puerto Banus

Location is perfect in the heart of Puerto Banus , breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options , room is newly renovated and I was upgraded to partially sea view so I can the sea from the room and the nice balcony

Bathroom should be renovated and kettle with tea and coffee should be in the room

Terrible hotel. Not worth the money at all. I wouldn’t want to stay there for free.

Location is the only plus for me.

Staff were rude. Breakfast was awful. Room had no kettle, No iron, no hot water at times, bar always seems to be shut. chipped tiles all on the bathroom floor. My wife cut her foot. Really wasn’t happy with it at all. Will definitely not be staying there again.

Not happy at all

Nothing matches booking rating !

It was really bad experience for many reasons : 1- the room is not clean ( even after housekeeping cleaned it) 2- the bathroom is very noisy ( sink & potty) whenever you open the water , the noise starts . 3- the front desk man is so rude and not helpful ( I asked him to send someone to help with my baggage, he said I have no one to help you do it yourself I told him it is a lot and I have to check out now , he said let me check the maintenance man if he can do it for you or no ) 4- in our case , we arrived earlier than the check in time ( the hotel doesn’t have a secure place to put our luggage in, they said find any place in the lobby or breakfast area and leave it there ) It was a very bad experience for us and very expensive towards the service doesn’t worth it at all !!

best thing about this hotel is the location.

the check in male was rude he speaks Arabic couldn’t get his name. the payment machine of the hotel was not working properly while us paying for our stay and he was laughing thinking the card was declined! and ignored us kept talking to other guests in Arabic which was so unprofessional. no one will bring your luggages downstairs for checkout like other 4 stars hotel no you need to bring it by yourself.

Spectacular

Welcoming reception and prime location to be in Puerto Banus. Love the experience all around. I recommend to stay here if want to be near the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and discotheques.
