My visit to Italy was very important to us.

Very accessible, nice and clean.

The receptionist that checked us in and checked us out was very rude and I think that he could’ve welcome us better. I felt embarrassed in front of my to be husband because it was the first time for me coming to Italy, but that would not stop me from visiting hotel Londra again, again The other stuff was lovely. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. On the night we checked in the lady that he spoke to on the phone. I want to say thank you to her.

Great Location and AMAZING STAFF!!!!

The hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional!!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful! It is very close to the train station and the restaurant next door is phenomenal, btw. The rooms were large and had everything you might need. We were VERY pleased.

The beds were very firm and they could have used more pillows, but that's personal preference.

Great place to stay!

We arrived at about midnight, hungry and tired after a very long drive and the man on reception was fantastic. He moved our car into a better place to park and he found us a bottle of chilled wine and an array of nibbles. All the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast too. A really exceptional traditional style family run Italian hotel.

The parking but a lot of parking you can access to it but watch some are free at night but pay at 8am which you’ll be inform by the hotel staff so you wouldn’t have any problem.

Happy to leave as soon as I could

The only positive thing about this is the location, next to the train station and close to the city center.

This is a low 2* hotel sold for the price of a 4*. Some of the rooms are not even in the hotel, they are in the next residential building where you find a mixture of normal apartments and hotel rooms without any safety. The paint in the walls is crumbling and the elevator doesn't feel safe. The furniture is miserable, the air conditioning might work or not (when it does work is smells heavily to dust so it probably has not been clean for years, when it doesn't work, the room gets really hot even during normal spring time). Some rooms have a shared balcony so guests from other rooms can visit - probably they won't because it is so dirty no one would venture there! Breakfast is really poor mostly with bagged products, not fresh.

our room was supposedly superior room, but I was expecting much better from a 4 star hotel, and with high prices. The room was located in a different area of the building from the main hotel, that wasn’t taken care of. dirty balcony, horrible view. bad breakfast. definitely overpriced

On the road, stopping at Alessandria

We were very satisfied with our stay of one night at Hotel Londra. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The room and a small balcony as well providing nice light in the morning. We could park our car right in front of the Hotel, which was very much appreciated after a long ride. The crew was very nice and available to help with anything. The Hotel is not far from the center and Alessandria deserves at least of few hours of your time. We recommend this hotel is you are on the road and need to be welcomed after a long trip.

The only point is that the air conditioning system is quite old and it is not easy (near impossible) to adjust the temperature.

Short stay, great accommodation when you're passing through

As we were passing through, this was a great accommodation for a short stay. Close to the city centre, nice and friendly staff and we enjoyed the breakfast as well. Also, lots of great places to grab diner at night in Allessandria!

Location as it's a couple of minutes from the train station.

Hotel is a bit dated. Bathroom very small. Booked a double room, but the room had two single beds joined up, so a bit uncomfortable. Room size was good. Triple room which I also booked was very small. Toilet seat cracked.

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly.

Very clean room the only low was out shower faucet was missing but it did still work with some figuring out.

We just got unlucky to get the room which is exposed to lightning (yoi can see it on the main picture). The soap holder of the bathroom could be cleaner.
