About this apartment rental
'Casa B2' is the upstairs apartment of 98 Chicago Avenue. 'Casa B2' was originally constructed in the late 1800's as a single family home. It is currently a two flat with separate accommodations on the first and second floors connected via outdoor deck and stairs. Both apartments are available to rent with a maximum of four guests each. 'Casa B2' is loaded with upgrades and will allow four guests ample space to enjoy their South Haven vacation. There are one 1/2 baths, counter seating and a large dining table as well. 'Casa B2' is immaculately clean and impeccably maintained.
Some of the interior finishes of 'Casa B2' include Knotty pecan kitchen cabinets with raised panel doors, hand made terra-cotta floor tile in kitchen, custom honed Carrara Marble vanity top and walk in shower in the full bathroom, and tongue in groove natural white oak wood flooring throughout.
After a long day at the beach enjoy the central air conditioning to cool off and the brand new two queen mattresses and bedding to have a peaceful nights sleep.
The main living space provides an open plan concept with numerous large casement windows that provide tons of natural light. Relax on the sofa and loveseat. There is plenty of seating for meals. Sit four at the counter or six at the dining room table.
Some of the higher grade utilities you will find in 'Casa B2' are: In unit full size front loading stacked washer and dryer, side by side refrigerator/freezer with in door ice and water dispenser, Kohler cast iron double bowl sink with Kohler Vinnatta Faucet, dishwasher and a garbage disposal.
A private balcony with seating for four is just outside your door with beautiful views of the marina and black river. There is also a shared Weber natural gas barbecue on the first level deck for your enjoyment.

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa B2! We will definitely be back. :)Wonderful location, so close to the beach. Clean, charming, inviting, tons of windows with great second story views. You could see glimpses of water from every window. Beds (Queens) are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. We visited during a heatwave and the A/C worked great. Stacy was wonderful to work with and was very prompt in responding to inquiries. We vacationed there with our sons (23 and 25) and had plenty of room for all of us. The short walk to North Beach was super convenient and made even easier with the beach wagon and chairs included with the apartment. Beach tip: Take "Walk E" to the beach and go to the left to the built in "sidewalk" that extends into the beach. Wagons are hard to pull on the sand so we used the ramp and carried it from there. That end of the beach is also less crowded, I would guess because it's further away from the concession stand. We loved it there. This is not a complaint - We have grown accustomed to VRBO's with shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower. A quick trip to Walgreens solved this little dilemma. Liquid hand soap of course, is provided at every sink.I've included a couple of photos to show a little more of how the apartment is laid out. Please excuse the mess!

The property was impeccably maintained and updated. Property was centrally located to beach and shopping. My wife and I look forward to rent in the future. Long time renters below were extremely helpful friendly, funny and courteous. Enjoyed speaking with Jack and Sandy. Thank you for a wonderful experience and vacation memories.Eric and Anita
