Review: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The hotel is very clean, safe for families, and in a great location close to markets and the terminal station. The rooms were cleaned very well, the beds were comfortable, the windows kept the room quiet, and the air conditioning was cool. A special thank you to the staff for their excellent service, especially at breakfast, for welcoming us so warmly, and for the thoughtful details like providing water and making sure everything in the room was okay. We would especially like to recognize Stefan, Guisipe, Christina, Sulte, and Valerio for making our stay even better. Highly recommended for families visiting Rome.

Location

The location of the hotel was good, 5 minute walk from Roma Termini and a maximum 35 minute walk to every major historical landmark this magnificent city has (except the Vatican City, which was 25 minutes away by public transport). The room was spacious, had all necessities. It was clean and the AC worked well during our stay. The staff were friendly and helped with everything we needed or asked for.

The breakfast was poor for the price you pay– we have stayed in hotels that we payed way less for and had breakfast with more variety. The room in which the breakfast is served was extremely hot to the point where you could not handle eating there– the AC did work, but it did not help the temperature drop at all. When it comes to the rooms, we could hear every single thing that the guests in the rooms next to us were doing– having a conversation, going to the toilet etc.
