Collet - Amazing

Rooms were amazing, very stylish and luxurious. Food was excellent. The Spa - a real treat!

WiFi wouldn't connect to our phones despite the password being correct. Not a biggie but frustrating when planning your next day with limited phone signal.

Pour un séjour express tout c’est tres bien passé dans un confort agréable, néanmoins cet hotel conviendra mieux à un co

La qualité de l infrastructure est magnifique, l hotel chalet propose un design montagnard de haut standing et dépaysant . La chambre de type standard et parfaitement aménagé et décoré. La carte du restaurant propose une cuisine typé hôtelière soignée ( non gastronomique ou bistronomique ) le petit déjeuner réuni l ensemble de produits de gamme traditionnel mais également de terroir. Le côté spa et soigner en élégance. Il dispose d une très belle piscine, un jacuzzi, un bain finlandais, sauna et hamam.

Même si il n’est plus d’usage de mettre à disposition un service thé et café en chambre, cela aurait été un plus contenu de la prestance de luxe que s’offre l établissement. Il manque un petit rappel des horaires de prestations de l hôtel dans la chambre. Oublie de mentionner le wifi et le local à ski . Et le point le plus négatif : eau de la douche bcp trop tiède. ( effectivement il maintenant d usage à préserver l état de notre planète) en période estivale la température peut convenir. Mais en hiver âpre une bonne journée de ski , on souhaite ce délasser sous une douche bien chaude …

Die Ausstattung/Charme der Zimmer, besondere Atmosphäre durch viel Holz und trotzdem modern, die Lage mit direkter Anbindung zum Wandergebiet und nicht zu vergessen das sehr gute Essen.

Die Sauna war in der Regel gut besucht, es ist uns jedoch aufgefallen dass die Hygiene zu wünschen übrig ließ (Duschen vor dem Saunagang nicht obligatorisch, teilweise wurde kein Handtuch als Unterlage mit in die Sauna genommen.

Impossible d'avoir un morceau de pain ou fromage exceptionnellement suite à problème en voiture et arrivée tardive. Aucune flexibilité. Laisser un client sans rien est inadmissible. Heureusement que je n'avais pas de petits enfants. Mon homme étant directeur hotellier, il sait ce qu'est un service au client. Par ailleurs l'accueil au milieu du restaurant était non professionnel. Info sommaire et bâclée. Je ne reviendrai pas

Relax nella foresta

La location è sensazionale. Questa struttura, situata nella foresta dei Volges, si raggiunge attraverso una strada di montagna (molto bella, asfaltata, corsie larghe). E questo tratto all'interno della foresta è già di per sé molto suggestivo. Poi si arriva in questo meraviglioso hotel che è molto accogliente e particolare. Arredato in stile chalet di montagna è un luogo dove trovare relax e ritemprarsi. La spa è ottima con ambienti puliti e moderni. Dispone di sauna, bagno turco, stanza relax e poi vasca idromassaggio e piscina coperta. Anche la stanza è molto accogliente e pulita. È stato un soggiorno fantastico.

Un lieu magique pour découvrir les Vosges

Nous avons adoré le bain nordique et l'espace spa après une journée de randonnée , le petit déjeuner très copieux avec ses produits frais et des pains maison délicieux , la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de la chambre et le calme du lieu d'où l'on peut partir directement pour faire des balades dans la nature. Un lieu magique pour découvrir les Vosges. Nous reviendrons

Natururlaub im Hotel mit Spa und sehr guter Küche in der Nähe der Route de Cretes

Schöne Lage, nahe Col de la Schlucht, direkt am Wanderweg (sentier de roches nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß) und auf der Rennradstrecke. Das Essen war super! Für Frankreich ein sehr ansprechender Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Sauna, Hamam, … Sehr freundliches Personal.

Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht, war aber klein. Sauna mit Badehose und Badeanzug ist doch etwas ungeschickt. Da werde ich mich nicht mehr daran gewöhnen. Aber das weiß man ja auch vorher.
