It was my wife's birthday and we would like to thank you Karishma for arranging the beautiful decoration with balloons and rose petals in the room. It really made our day and my wife was overwhelmed with it.

breakfast was just ok. nothing great about it. less option and stale fruits
room and bathroom size. the. comod was too old and looked like no amount of cleaning could make it look clean. staff was unprofessional when we were waiting for the players at the entry of spa and pool. we had every right to be there but still were told to move . not asked told. residents can freely move in the common area right . it was the match day and my son (10 ) wanted a glimpse of the players. we were told players privicy in the common area of a hotel has to repected ? how is that even reasonable? disappointing experience. every resident should be treated equally. even if he or she is not a superstar or VIP .
