Gym needs a facelift. Also, the rooms now feel a bit old eg the upholstery on the arm chair for ripping - no a good look for a premium brand.
Window cleaning needed more often. Very dusty and dirty.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. They have a nice lobby.
There were some issues during both check-in and check-out. Prior to arrival, we had requested an early check-in and a room on a higher floor. While I understood that an early check-in could not be accommodated due to availability, I was disappointed that the request for a higher floor was initially denied. We were part of a group booking, and some members who booked later than us were allocated rooms on higher floors despite not making any such request. This did not create a positive first impression. Although the issue was eventually addressed and we were moved to a higher floor, it should not have required additional follow-up.
The check-out experience was also inconvenient. We were informed that breakfast was not included in our booking and were asked to pay for it, despite having booked a package that included breakfast. We were aware that some members of our group had received larger discounts while still having breakfast included, and we had no concerns about that. However, being asked to pay again for breakfast caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion for my family. While the staff ultimately resolved the issue and handled it professionally, the inconvenience had already impacted our departure experience.
