Old sad rooms and under average breakfast

Location next to start of West Weg. The restaurant as part of the „hotel“ was great for dinner.

While the photos of the rooms look great and modern, we were in sad bedrooms from the 1960s. The breakfast was the most basic and pathetic breakfast I’ve ever had in Germany (and I’ve been living here for 5+ years).

Sehr ruhig. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut.

Leider kein Ventilator im Zimmer und es war sehr heiss.

Bel hôtel, restaurant au top!

Chambres très modernes, spacieuses et très propres. Belle salle de bain. Le mini bar était bien achalandé. Bravo pour le restaurant, excellente carte et repas succulent dans un très beau cadre.

La situation de l'hôtel n'est pas au top, en pleine agglomération, cependant ça convient bien pour une étape ou un logement de quelques jours pour hommes d'affaires.

Auf meine Frage ob ich anstatt erst um 15 Uhr um 14 Uhr anreisen darf, schrieb mir der Herr, ja allerdings kostet das 15,- € extra. Ganz ehrlich, das ist kein Kundenfreundlicher Service. In jedem anderen Hotel durfte ich bisher früher anreisen, ohne dafür extra bezahlen zu müssen ! Deshalb werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen ! 🫣

Volgende keer kijken we uit naar iets anders

De locatie

Ik boekte 2 gelijke kamers met ontbijt en douche en achteraf bleek dat er in 1 kamer geen douche was, alleen een wastafel. Echt niet tof wanneer je voor een ander een zakelijke reis boekt. Omdat de gast waarvoor ik geboekt had niet beter wist heeft hij niet gereclameerd. Verder liet het hotel de gasten betalen terwijl de betaling al van tevoren via Booking geregeld was. Uiteindelijk hebben we contact genomen met het hotel en na enkele e-mails hebben ze het geld teruggestort.

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber schön und sauber. Betten bequem, das Personal ist extrem freundlich.

Keine Möglichkeit, auf dem Zimmer einen Kaffee zuzubereiten. Aber das gibts leider sowieso immer seltener.
