Hotel Erbprinz - Gourmet & Spa

Es war ein rundum gelungenes Mutter-Tochter Wochenende.

Die Preise der Gastronomie sind sehr exclusiv, zum Glück liegt es direkt an der Fußgängerzone mit ausreichend gastronomischen Angeboten.

This is a Five Star plus Hotel steeped in History, retaining all the Old Style character with Ultra Modern facilities. Staff were Courteous and helpful. My single room was excellent, Spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Quality robes etc for the Fabulous Spa with stunning Swimming Pool. The Snow Shower a real treat ! Gym facilities are are of the highest standard and very well equipped. Restaurant Food was first class and highly recommend the Pavlova desert - Amazing. Beautiful Cigar/Smoking lounge - and outside Garden seating. Abundant Car parking.

I was fortunate to obtain an advantageous rate for my Stay which was great. Normal prices are those You would expect for a Hotel of this Quality. Its a larger Hotel than You may imagine- finding Your room needs you to pay attention - not a fault! I would certainly return as what's not to like !!

Spa, pool, staff and food were incredibly good

My room was quite outdated and old carpets and bed head smelled a bit. Rooms like these could do with a renovation. Not up to the standards of the rest of the structure.

The spa area was really nice, especially the Sauna area was modern and cosy. The room was spacious and nicely furnished.

Value for money at the Erbprinz is really bad. It is a decent and nice hotel but overall experience and especially the design, food and service consistency doesn’t equal a 5 star hotel. Hence prices at the hotel are WAY too overpriced and not justified. For the prices at the restaurant, spa area, breakfast it really requires more “luxury” and best in class service than what the Erbprinz offers. As said it is a nice and really decent hotel but that at that overpriced level.
