The staff were very obliging and had a good knowledge of the area , knew good and bad restaurants , and I found thge area nice for wandering and looking at the architecture around. VERY GOOD LOCATION.

The staff were the best part. I deeply appreciated the in person customer service. They were all friendly and helpful. I wish I had noted down their names. The proximity to the airport was helpful as was the shuttle. The Nespresso machine with hot water feature was very helpful, as was the quality of the tea. Although I wish for a family room, a few more teas and coffees were provided. The bed was firm and the pillows were nice. Again, the staff made the stay.

I asked for a quiet room but was given a room across from the elevator. Also, the room was facing the front, where, when I opened the window, as there was no AC, and it was stuffy, I had to inhale smoke as the smokers were below the window. The bathroom was tiny, and the shampoo dispenser was broken. For amenities, there was a little kit with two cotton puffs and two earbud cleaners. Again, for the brand, a proper amenities kit would be helpful, including a shower cap. The room with the twin beds and the small desk against the wall made it a bit tricky to work and commune. The coffee machine and telephone took up 1/2 the desk space, which was also tiny. I also wish there had been some hooks on the walls and a larger desk as that was the only table space. Even a coffee table could have been helpful. For a family room, at that price, it felt very small and cramped. Perhaps the layout could be reconsidered.

We just wanted a room close to the airport for a return flight. There were 4 of us so I booked a family room for 4 adults. The room was divided into 2 with a double bed and TV and in the other part, 2 single beds and TV. The shower and toilet were separate too which was great. Bathrobes were provided and plenty of towels. Cleanliness excellent. Breakfast next day gave good choice. It’s not plush but way better than many airport hotels I’ve experienced. It’s probably along the lines of a Holiday Inn Express level.

Nothing really, although it was very hot and the air con seemed to struggle.

Only positive was proximity to the airport

Near the airport but not well sign posted for those who had already returned their hire car. Pavements not made up fully so needed to drag cases along gravel paths. Facilities at the weekend extremely limited. No restaurant facilities at the weekend. Vending machine for snacks not working. No shops or supermarkets within walking distance. Very few options at the airport for food on a Sunday evening. Rooms comfortable but not very spacious: little room for suitcases. Very expensive given the limited facilities on offer.
