Parkingspace is difficult to enter, not clearly indicated how to get there. A bar for drinks would have been nice, although we could of course get drinks from the reception.

I have been a regular guest. What I like is the fenced parking for only 10 eur/day, the cleanliness of the rooms and the simple but good breakfast - the coffee machine is providing various kinds of cofee specialities, fresh orange juice and boiled eggs. CLose to tramstop 17, which takes you to Geneva center within 20 minutes (get the Geneva + zone 210 day ticket)

The mattresses are very soft - many people like them, but as somebody with backproblems I prefer the harder type. The Wifi is free and reasonably fast, but you need to log in every 2 hours or so. Careful that your mobile phone does not go back to LTE data after 2 hours without you noticing (not really a hotel issue, just a practical tip)

Stay there only for emergency (1 night is enough)

- The team is very nice - The waiting room is pleasant

- The heating did not work at all (I had to change rooms 4 times) - The smell in some rooms and in the hallway - The shower had mold in some parts - Water was leaking under the sink - One of the rooms smelled cigarette so I had to change rooms again - The connection of the WIFI is absolutely not stable

Room not clean and signs of mould in one corner. Also the hotel had all these people with dogs in the hotel for a dog show so they were barking in the evening and morning...

Cena is an absolute gem! lovely stay

the staff are very helpful and very friendly the most staff memeber that stood out was Cena. he was absolutely amazing and helped us in every way possible. he sorted out our travel went above and beyond and was always there to go the extra mile! Cena deserves a raise! he is an absolute asset to Ibis such employees are very valuable to businesses and are the reason why people give such positive feedback and make thier stay that much better!

booked last minute while traveling from Italy to France close to motorway so didn’t take long to get back on in morning. Seemed like a safe location.

Room was very basic quite dated but relatively clean was ok for one night. Car park was very small and all spaces taken but staff helped and allowed me into underground car park.

This was what we needed for short stop combined with visit of Geneva.

Air conditoning was saviour. Pancakes at breakfast were what I needed. Tram stop was close to the hotel which made easy travel to Geneva and back.

Easy to get there from Geneva by train or tram (line 17 to Annemasse). Using the tram you only walk about 100 meters.

Nice, cute place

The place is clean amd has nice breakfast which was from 6 to 10, so you can come and have coffee, bread, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurts.

The room doesn't have electric kettle, which would be a good addition.

Good

The location is good and quite close to a tram station that takes directly to geneva. The staff are excellent and helpful. Inspite of parking issues, they attended to it and gave ideas to resolve problem.

The bathroom was quite stinky and the staff attended to it with care. They gave us a similar room which was better. The sinks and bathtubs weren’t clean and needs some upkeep . On day 2, the room was attracting a lot of smoke smell which probably was coming from outside.
