A magnificent stay to discover the south of Istria

The apartment with the sea view is just perfect. Very well-equipped, clean, and just a stone's throw from the sea. The location is ideal and the surroundings are magnificent. Thank you!

Top choice to stay which is close to Pula and Medulin

We spent 4 days in Villa Elizabeta in Apartment 9 which is almost the top room in the building. Best part of the apartment is the big terrace with beautiful view on the sea. Rooms are clean and equipped with modern furniture, also with an air conditioner. Building is located in a quiet environment close to the sea. In terms of swimming there are multiple close locations, we preferred the beach of Centinera which was clean and you could see small fishes and crabs. Be prepared for some sea urchins (not lot of them though) so sea shoes are recommended. Parking can be a bit tricky, there is not always place for your car at the parking lot but you can park on the street and switch places when someone leaves. Pula and Medulin is 15 minutes by car.

Not a big issue, just take into account that when someone closes the door it is noisy (due to the mechanical solution of the door itself) which is echoing at the stairs. Might be a bit disturbing when new group arrives during the night.

Lovely spacious and clean apartment with lovely pool. Great location near the beach and a few km from Pula centre. Amazing bakery a minute walk away. A couple of nice bistros within walking distance. Private parking outside the villa.

One of the finest places to stay in all of Croatia.

What a great place to stay. The hosts re 3rd generation hospitality owners. This is one of the top places to stay in Istria. The staff went way above and beyond in making our stay memorable. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the beautiful country of Croatia.

An excellent apartment stay..we could make our breakfast lunch and dinner …loved the use of the BBQ (we are Aussie😂🥩) the pool was lovely, a short walk to the public beach, the shady parking was valuable, loved sitting on the balcony ..such pleasent staff to top it off.

We often stay at apartments and take a few things - nespresso machine, a couple of extra pans & utensils, oil, S&P, small fan, containers etc..we were fine but these things might be needed. There are great restaurants here and there but we are pretty lazy and like to eat at home. There are no negatives but take things to make the stay to your liking

The property was beautiful and very well taken care off. The breakfast was nice with enough variety and quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic stay!

Be aware that a car could be useful to get around although you have the beach at walking distance and some shops (they are not always open when it is not high season)

Well-equipped apartment. Good-sized rooms og balcony. There is a bakery, cocktail bar, atm in walking distance. Supermarkets, etc. nearby in driving distance. There's a dedicated pool for apartments, mobile homes, and camping area.

Perhaps a bit pricy, however it seems to be the standard of the area more or less.

We thought that the host could just charge our card so we left without going down to reception. This was our fault, but it made for awkwardness trying to get this bill paid. Can booking.com help?

Enjoyable stay

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach and only a 15-20 minute drive from Pula and the airport. Its also a good location as a base to explore the coast, with many beautiful beaches only a short drive away. The breakfast was very good - a nice way to start each day, with friendly staff who were always smiling, even when it was busy. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The place is lovely! The apartment is brand new, spacious and peaceful. The bad is comfy and towels are super soft and fluffy! We also liked the fully-equipped bathroom and great water supply. Great wi-fi. It very nice to have a swimming-pool in the garden and the sea just 5-7 min walk.

It was a bit difficult to find the way to the reception as the villa is on the one side of the garden and the main entrance to the camp premises is on the other.

The apartment was big and extensive. Bed was very comfortable. It was possible to cook a dinner in the kitchen and then eat this on a nice terrace. Swimming pool is in the backyard.

Location is very good, close to sea and supermarkets and also several restaurants. Very nice people, always willing to help. Excelent breakfast with very nice and friendly host. We prolonged our initial stay with 1 extra week.

Your own peace and quite in the middle of Istrian peninsula

Villa is located in a peaceful location in the middle of olive and oak trees, very near to a small quiet rocky beach. There are two nice small and clean swimming pools that kids enjoyed very much.Apartment 10 is very comfortable, bright and clean with great view.It looks even nicer than on the photos. Parking is private and in the shadow of olive trees. Personnel is kind and helpful.Premantura national park is within short drive. Safari bar and Njiva bar are great beaches worth visiting. Zeppelin bar is the best beach we found within few minutes drive. Opatija is really beautiful. Make sure you visit market- trznica - where you can by olive oil, truffles and variety of cheese selection at a very reasonable price. The best currency exchange is in the pink building behind trznica. Boat trip and excursion to Brioni is a must see. Make sure you take the morning boat. After guided tour you are allowed to stay at Brioni at your own time, rent a bike or talk to Koki.

Very loud refrigerator. It sounds like a tractor. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. There are not enough towel pegs/ hangers in the bathroom. We got only one key. Receptionist mentioned we could get an additional key upon request.

Die Villa Elizabeta liegt auf einem eher kleineren Campingplatz in Banjole . Wir waren über die Feiertage im Juni & es war daher nicht viel los . Es war super sauber & das Personal freundlich

Perfekt für Familien und Freundeskreis

Der Pool und die gesamte Außenanlage war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Apartments super ausgestattet und sehr bequem. Besonders toll war, dass wir von der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss einfach zum Pool spazieren konnten.

Das Reinigungspersonal hätte mehr Müllsäcke und Klopapier im Zimmer lassen können, wir mussten zwei mal nachfragen. Geschirrspülertabs wurden nicht aufgefüllt.

Ruhige Lage, geräumige Wohnung und Strandnähe optimal!

Größe der Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit. Strandnähe. Frühstück war gut. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Bettwäschewechsel nach fünf Tagen.

Terrasse hatte Nordseite. Frühstück war gut, könnte jedoch abwechslungsreicher sein, z.B. nicht immer dieselbe Brötchen oder Obst: Ananasscheibe, Wassermelone, Honigmelone, Orangenscheibe. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas erweitert werden, z.B. um einen Toaster, kleine Pfanne, große Gläser, kleine Schüsseln ...

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern im 2. OG mit herrlichem Meerblick, besser geht's nicht. Die Lage am Campingplatz ganz nah am Meer ist nahezu perfekt

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein, es gab keinen Toaster und nur eine Pfanne, keinen Backofen. Wenn man selber kochen will, ist das etwas dürftig. Auch gab es nur kleine Trinke- und Weingläser. Da könnte mit großen Gläsern auch nachgebessert werden

Excellent séjour

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, literie confortable avec en prime un service comme à l’hôtel (serviettes toilette et piscine fournies, savon, gel douche,…et ménage tous les jours). Le jardin est très joli et bien entretenu, les piscines réservées aux appartements sont très propres et calmes. Emplacement top, des balades à pieds et en vélo depuis la résidence, accès à la plage par le camping, quelques bars et restaurants à proximité, et petits commerces tout proches. Ville de Pula à moins de 10km. Nous avons adoré le logement et les environs!!!

Heerlijk appartement, ruim en schoon, wel wel beperkte zwembadtijden

Zeer schoon, compleet, verzorgd, goede bedden, apart toilet naast toilet in badkamer, heerlijk balkon, mooie achtertuin met zwembad. Bistro leuk met redelijke prijzen.

Openingstijden zwembad echt niet oké; verplicht op het heetst van de dag (als je er het meest behoefte aan hebt!) een uur dicht (13:30-14:30 uur) en veel te vroeg dicht (19:00 uur). En voor wat eigenlijk? Is niet redelijk en slecht voor de prijs die je betaalt voor een villa. Dat mag je echt meer van verwachten. Personeel liep niet over van enthousiasme voor hun werk. Je werd het zwembad uitgejaagd.

Čistota, vše nové, blízko k moři.

Vila je špatně odzvučená. Je vše slyšet. Z vedlejších pokojů - ze všech stran. Vadila nám externí diskotéka do 1.30h ráno
