Good location, short walk from old town square

Hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast choice was limited

The accommodation is very basic. The pool area is minimal, and the breakfast offering was below expectations, particularly the coffee and overall selection, which require significant improvement. The elderly gentleman on reception was overly strict, whereas the elderly lady on reception was excellent and handled our complicated check‑in with great professionalism.

Poor breakfast to the point of embarrassment

A last minute booking but this hotel had everything we needed. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the air conditioning was refreshing and the location perfect. It’s is on a steep hill but close enough to the old town and beach but away from any rowdy nightlife. Just perfect for what we need ⭐️

The shower was powerful and warm but it didn’t sit in the frame well so had to be held. No real issue though.

The pool

Sadly, the staff. Sent me to a room where the safe has clearly been battered with a baseball bat and was not usable, advised a safe could be provided offsite when I brought it up, but no further information given - had to carry my valuables everywhere I went as a result. No basic customer service I’d expect from the staff of a hotel, eg giving out a map of the local area, offering recommendations of places in the area. They were physically there, but nothing more than that. Underwhelming!
