very close to the beach, nice small beach, good rooms, quiet
the parking lot is very small, very steep slope, difficult to find a parking space

There are plenty of good-quality towels and linens.
The key box is convenient.
The location is the best in this complex, very close to the sea.
The girl at the reception is very helpful and attentive, but she's not always able to do anything.
a free parking place is available in 10 min by foot
The mesh is leaky, insects in the rooms
The drainage system is poor, the corrugated pipe is leaking
There is no trash can in the kitchen
The water heater is dripping
Ants are running around the kitchen
The refrigerator is very small, like a minibar.
The remote control had no batteries
the worst and most annoing - we had to shit at neighbours toilet, cos the day before checkout our toilet had broken, and the receptionist could not find any specialists cos of weekend.
