It was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful location.

The hotel is close to Lake Constanz (15 minutes walk). It’s beautifully furnished, being at the outdoor pool feels like being in the south of France and the food was delicious. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The doors to the bathrooms were kind of special. They didn’t close properly on purpose (sliding doors). You could hear everything from inside.

Good rooms and dinners - mediocre location and breakfast

the room was spacious, very clean and pleasant. The a/c in the rooms very efficient. The dinners were delicious!

We were there during a heat wave - not only that the dining room wasn't equipped with a/c, they didn't install even a ventilator. Contrary to the quality of the dinners, the breakfasts were mediocre, they didn't cancel part of the Covid installations, the result being that a special employee was giving out cheeses, salami and veggies, making a face at you if you took 3 slices of salami - the cost of the redundant employee is for sure higher that an extra slice of cheese. The location is far from great. Not a word in English anywhere - thanks god for google translate!

Very comfortable stay in a family run hotel.

Facilities were very good. Nice outside pool, and inside pool. Good spa facilities. Food was great too, varied breakfast which table service for cooked option, and additional buffet. We had half board option, and the evening meal was always good too.

For some the location away from the lake front might be a problem, but we had a car and bikes so was not an issue.

Pleased we visited, enjoyed our visit, out of the way a bit so not sure if we would re-visit.

Breakfast was reasonable, no complaints. Dinner was excellent, plenty of choice and good food Front line staff were very helpful. Pool area and pool were excellent

Spa was totally closed but staff didn't really seem to know that. We went to several places on both our days, but nobody was able to give any useful information. Although drinks were readily available from the bar the bar itself wasn't in a very good position in terms of socially sitting around it.

Good hotel for family stay with exquisite food.

The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, really amazing, short walk to the beach. Roof top has amazing views and pool is nice as well.

The spa was closed for holidays (in the middle of the main holiday season!!!…) and not announced at the check in. After complaining, the reception said they have nothing to do with the spa, as it is private, but it obviously as any other hotel is part of it and the reason I booked it was for the spa, so I was very disappointed. The rooms have no view, so do not expect one. beautiful view from the roof top!

perfect holidays!!!

The quality of the service!!! they prepared everything for our arrival! even they made us a special meal because we arrived late in the night! I loved my stay there! the hotel is nice, there are horses in the nearby and also rosters! so it feels that you are in the country side! I recommend this hotel! also the staff is awesome !

100 % recommendable and go for halfboard, it pays off.

Overall exceptioal friendly and knowleadgable staff and very, very good food. We had halfboard and teh dinner was alway a four course dinner and every course was delicious (cudo to the chief!!). Increadible gardening all over and free parking as well. 100% recommendation!!

If picky, bed linen and beds could be better. All the rest was great nothing to write here. Finding the garden sauna may need a extra sign, we only found it late (but we also did not ask).

Beautiful stay close to the lake of Costanza during winter

Sauna&SPA was amazing and the location is perfect to reach any spot on the Lake. Also the structure is new and everybody at hotel is great.

zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Badesachen im Zimmer zu trocknen und das Schlafsofa ist zu klein für größere Kinder im sog. Familienzimmer, Fitnessraum fehlt ein Ergometer und Wlan

Enttäuschend, aber schöne Gegend

Das Personal war sehr nett

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr enttäuschend. Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze war sehr schlecht, wir haben jede Matratzenfeder gespürt. Von der Halbpension sollte man sich fern halten: am ersten Tag war es sehr versalzen und generell ist das Essen sehr einfallslos gewesen.

L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel était sympathique. La nourriture était excellente. Il y a deux piscines, une intérieure et une extérieure qui est chauffée et reste ouverte même en hiver. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Ein wunderschönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bodensee. Alle Mitarbeitende sind ausnahmslos freundlich, zuvorkommend und ermöglichen einen jeden Wunsch. Das Restaurant ist gut und lässt auch bei der Halbpension keine Wünsche offen. Ansonsten haben wir unsere Auszeit am Bodensee aber sehr genossen!

Lediglich als kleinen Punkt habe ich einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer vermisst. Zudem sind die Betten recht hart und könnten ausgetauscht werden… Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eher am oberen Limit.

Eine schöne Anlage, überaus freundliches Personal - gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Juniorsuite im Appartementhaus war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und alles wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut zubereitet.

Die Plätze an der Bar waren sehr begrenzt und für ältere Leute nicht sehr komfortabel. Ebenso die Busverbindung zum Bahnhof ist sehr selten.

Ganz ok - aber hauptsächlich Pensionisten

Zimmer waren schön - allerdings 3 von 4 Zimmer (jene im alten Block) waren ohne Klimaanlage und daher extrem heiss. Sehr gutes Frühstück

An der Rezeption tlw sehr komplizierte und tendenziell unfreundliche Damen. Booking,com hatte eine falsche Zimmereinteilung der Personen gemacht. Obwohl Zimmeranzahl und Personen gleich waren, war die Umbuchung extrem kompliziert. Bei einer Rechnung von fast 2,5k hätte eine Neubelegung eigentlich ohne Mehrkosten möglich sein sollen. Stattdessen kam nur die forsche Ansage „dann buchen Sie halt nicht bei Booking.com“ - war etwas unnötig und ärgerlich!

NICHTS IST WIE ES SCHEINT

Ein großzügig, bodenständiges Hotel, ohne Firlefanz, mit Gaststube, guter badischer Küche, nettem Personal und insgesamt hohem Wohlfühlwert. Gym, Innen- und Außenpool ermöglichen es dem sportlichen Vielfahrer einen adäquaten körperlichen Ausgleich zu den Stunden im Auto zu generieren.

Die Buchung zweier Doppelzimmer verlief missverständlich, da für mich ein Doppelzimmer automatisch auch zwei Benutzer einschließt. Weit gefehlt: Hier schlugen sie mit zusätzlichen Kosten zu Buche und entsprachen ergo nicht dem bei Booking.com lockenden Preis. Ein Hauch von „Nepper, Schlepper, Bauernfänger“!
