I was surprised how pleasant the hotel was. I enjoyed the pool area and the location.

Nice comfy room, small but well appointed. Warm, though small, pool and lovely jacuzzi. Good breakfast.

On a longer stay more hanging space would be appreciated.

Basically everything you can rate, was just better than usual service for that money. - location: in every direction you go cca. 100 m, you get to the marina/beach & hotel is located in next to the city park - wellness: sauna, swimming pool & jacuzzi included in price, spacious spa area - staff: extra polite, no matter who approached us was very attentive - ambient: relaxing, mixture of medieval and modern, vivid, every detail is in place - breakfast: abundant and high-quality ingredients (e. g. salmon, local hand-made desserts. - wi-fi: works REALLY fast, you can watch HD video without problems - TV: had channels all of them working, some even in my local language - value for money: really excellent List could really go on and on, we could not find anything bad. Keep on doing excellent job!

good stay in a nice hotel with spa & very kind staff

excellent stay, in the city, on walking distance of the beach. Clean room and goed breakfast. An amazing spa, excellent services by Martina, this lady has a lot of experience and gives advices how to feel better, how to take care of your skin.

Everything was perfect! What I would highlight is the staff which was the most kind and helpful. Indoor pool and spa are great, room and bathroom are spacious. Location couldn't be better.

We enjoyed our trip so much, that we are planning our return to Cittar hotel next year.

EXACTLY like the picture!! Extremely clean and very friendly staff, always going out of their way to help. It was my 30th birthday and on the morning complimentary Prosecco and birthday cake was brought out as a surprise and the breakfast included each morning was always delish! I recommend getting the hotel parking for €10 a day because it’s extremely convenient. It can be hard to park otherwise - we reserved before our stay! However, there is a car park 5 mins walk away that can give spaces. My favourite restaurant in Novigrad (for 19 years) is literally a 2 minute walk away with a great atmosphere and view. Its called *SIDRO* and it’s a lovely family run business with the best food! it’s very popular!! Rooms are cleaned daily and freshened up. cleaners very friendly. amazing beds and pillows. Also, the shower in the rooms is AMAZING!!

I’ve been to this hotel multiple times before renovations years ago. Always been a pleasure! This time with the new spa facilities added. When checking them out, I had a fright when I walked into the spa and straight into a naked man in the spa hall way downstairs. Then a naked women. *I later found out your ONLY allowed to be naked in the steam room*. Not my thing, but I remember this happening in a spa I went to Zagreb. I entered and 5 naked men where in the steam room. Anyway, if you want to avoid this happening. You can, as the spa is open from 10am till 10.30 at night! Basic, steam room, sauna, massages, rest rooms downstairs. Upstairs pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs was our favourite area. The receptionists were lovely and helpful to advise best times to use spa. For the rest of the trip we mainly had the spa to our selves. The spa was ALWAYS clean and the pool and jacuzzi area is very open and bright.

Pleasant relaxing stay in a family-run hotel

Wonderful hotel, extremely nice and helpful staff, beautifully designed hotel, great location (town center, really close to the sea), delicious breakfast, my two kids enjoyed the pool, for me jacuzzi and sauna were most relaxing.

We stayed in a room without balcony and there was no place to dry wet towels and bathing costumes.Pleas

Perfect place to enjoy a comfortable holiday in Novigrad

A hotel with a beautiful façade of an old wall. It’s location is perfect as it next to the town centre. Behind the wall is a hotel with friendly staff, clean environment and comfy rooms. The staff sets this hotel apart from others, they are extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable.

Some of the rooms are renovated recently and need a final touch but this are such small details that hardly anyone will notice.

Very nice. In the centre of Novigrad. We stayed in the newly renovated part of the hotel. The rooms were stylish, clean, and nicely done. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style, with a good selection of food at the buffet (healthy options included). Parking is available as well for a decent price.

we loved the atmosphere

the lady at the wellness section was rude. I asked nicely a towel and she said she gave me one yesterday. as the gardrobe had laundry basket for used towels, I didn't thought I need to carry my sweaty towel with me to me room to dry it for next day. weird. I was suprised. Felt ashamed. in other hands all service was more than perfect
