Lacking things, but generally good.

Very good location - 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the best pizza in the town (Pizzeria Il Ciocco). Both AC and ceiling fan is nice to have. Breakfast is not the best I ever had, but good enough. They have their own parking lot, which is an adventage in a small town. The host is nice.

Expensive parking, not included in the price of the room (8 EUR/day). Driving to the parking lot requires confident car handling skills, the tunnel is very tight for a medium sized car. Lack of basic equipment like a refrigerator. The railway is close, the noise can be heard in the room. The room design is old fashioned. Many rooms are on the second floor, there is no lift which can be a problem for certain groups.

Lovely staff, a bit basic

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Conveniently located along a quiet alley just outside of town. Lovely to have a balcony to sit out on.

The bathroom was very small, squashed and a little bit smelly - but clean. The Internet was quite patchy. Fine for one night.

Pleasant

The deco is very charming, it is a family run small hotel and all the staff is super friendly and helpful, also to organise excursions in the area. Rooms were comfortable, super clean, though a bit stuff (especially those on the third floor). It is very conveniently located, close to the beach but on a quiet side road.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing (except from the service which is excellent); breakfast was copious but there were very few fresh items, and when we tried the half-pension dinner the pasta mari e monti was uninteresting with hardly any mari in it and the second came cold.

Great place to stay, near the city centre of Moneglia. Very nice staff and amazing breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful place. 🙂

One night in Moneglia

Location was great. Very close to the center and the sea. Possible to walk anywhere. 10 minutes from the station in case you want to use the train to visit Cinque Terre. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. both international and italian breakfasts available. I would really recommend it.

Bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The isolation should be improved a bit as it’s possible to hear the train.

Good

Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was good and there was enough to eat. Small and nice terrace/balcony on the frontyard of the hotel. The room was small but tidy.

There is a railway in the middle of the village and the Italian trains are not the most quiet ones so if you wake up easily in the middle of the night this may not be your place to spend a night. The car park is near but you need assistace from the personnel to get your car there.

Lovely place, very well located, with a nice and complete breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind. The beach is 3 mins walking away. Lovely birds start singing around 5.30am.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place has a nice atmosphere. The location was quiet, no street noise of any kind. The AC worked well.

There was quite a bit of noise from inside the building. The walls seemed to be quite thin, and we heard loud sounds from water pipes after neighbours flushed their toilets. Also a lot of sounds from the corridor: people walking, talking or unlocking their rooms. The door didn't seem to block any of that, and the tiled hallway amplified it. I slept with earplugs but my girlfriend slept very poorly due to this. Also, the in-house dinner menu we took was rather loveless and seemed overpriced.

Disappointing

Upon arrival we found the toilet seat broken, completely loose. Informed reception about it and asked for fix while out for dinner. Reception nodded but few hours later when we got back nothing was fixed. Upon checkout we repeteaded that there is a problem and the same reception guy replied that maintanance will arrive later and charged us full price . We certainlźy didnot get full price service on our stay.

Frühstück abwechslungsreich, von salzig (Fleisch, Käse) bis Müesli (Joghurt, Flocken, Milch, Früchte) bis süss (Kuchen, Cornetti, Gebäck)

Kein Aufenthaltsraum wo man was lesen kann, auch am Abend. Die Bahn fährt Luftlinie 100 Meter an dem Hotel vorbei. Bis 24 Uhr hört man Züge und ab 6 Uhr.

Posizione comoda, un buon posto per soggiorni brevi

La camera era pulita. La gentilezza del personale sicuramente da considerare come positiva. La posizione sicuramente è un gran punto di forza: zona dell'hotel tranquilla e facilmente si raggiungono centro e spiaggia a piedi

Il bagno microscopico che quasi non ci si riusciva a stare sul wc. La doccia non aveva nemmeno un piccolo supporto per appoggiare il bagnoschiuma. Bustine per fare la doccia sicuramente insufficienti nonostante l'avessimo fatto presente. Colazione basilare ma completa. Parcheggio dell'hotel non facilmente raggiungibile in quanto strade strettissime.

Struttura piccola ma ben curata e pulita anche oltre le aspettative. Buona colazione ricca e abbondante. Posizione tranquilla ma a due passi sia dal centro che dal mare.

In realtà non è mancato nulla, se possibile offrirei qualche confort in più, per esempio un piccolo frigobar in camera sarebbe gradito, anche per tenere fresca una bottiglia di acqua, ma ripeto non è mancato nulla.
