Beautiful building and setting; great food, dinner and breakfast. Nadia is a wonderful host.

A little off the road, tricky without a car, but Nadia gave us a lift to Sansepolcro, so all is well.

On site restaurant and bar, the swimming pool, accommodation and friendly staff. Food was great and nice to go somewhere slightly rural and still have a restaurant on site. Good breakfast.

If on motorbikes as we were, the gravel drive might be challenging for some, but take it easy and it is fine.

Wonderful family B&B in historical buildings

The apartment is in a beautiful old mansion, the in-house restaurant serves excellent dishes, The owners and staff are super friendly, and go out of their way to serve your requirements. Our apartment had two rooms with two bathrooms, very practical.

One bathroom was really tiny, but it was servicable. The location is a good distance from the highway, so expect additional detour if you are just stopping for one night on your route through Italy. Overall, no significant complaints.

The nice location did not offset badly maintained infrastructure and unmotivated staff.

the appartment was in a very poor condition and badly maintained. The 'kitchen' cannot be used to cook in. No mosquito nets. We slept bad. The hospita was not friendly.

Nadia è gentilissima e la posizione è strategica per visitare diversi luoghi di interesse nella zona. La nostra stanza era semplice ma dotata di tutto il necessario.

La signora Nadia è gradevolissima, ci ha accolto e accontentato di tutte le nostre richieste, bagno in piscina, aperitivo e cena TOP!

Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva: consigliato a pieni voti!

La posizione strategica per visitare atri centri urbani come Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, ecc. Il giardino con piscina: molto ordinati, curati e accoglienti. La cura da parte della gestrice che ha cercato di farci sentire il piú possibile a nostro agio. Il bagno spazioso, con una bella finestra e un box doccia ben fatto.

L'angolo cottura è veramente piccolo (lavello mono-vasca e nessun piano di appoggio). Anche il frigo è di dimensioni piuttosto ridotte, un modello piú grande non guasterebbe. Il quarto letto è in cucina, in cui è presente solo una porta finestra senza scuri, per cui dopo l'alba non è possibile tenere la stanza al buio.

Struttura situata in collina con piscina. Appartamento pulito. Signora Nadia e tutto lo staff gentilissimi ed accoglienti. Vari spazi all'aperto per giocare e godersi un po' di tranquillità.

L'appartamento è dotato dell'essenziale : potrebbe essere aggiunto poco (es. sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, spugnette, sale e olio, etc... ) per renderlo perfetto. Permettere la piscina accessibile dalle 9.00 alle 21:00, in modo da poterne usufruire prima o dopo scampagnata giornaliera.

Accoglienza amichevole e premurosa in un'antica badia recuperata in modo rispettoso del passato

Ristorante a cena e prima colazione molto buono con atmosfera tranquilla e familiare. Piscina piuttosto grande, sufficiente per qualche bracciata. Simpatica la possibilità di giocare a biliardino e ping pong. Un giardino ombroso e panoramico per rilassarsi. Può essere la base per visitare bellissimi borghi e piccole città a breve distanza come Citerna, Anghiari, Città di Castello, Sansepolcro...A

La posizione e la bellezza della struttura. Il verde, gli spazi della camera e la qualità della cena, soprattutto in rapporto al prezzo.

Esperienza positiva ma ci sono dei Punti sui quali si potrebbe migliorare: Cattiva insonorizzazione dell' appartamento, i vicini, tornati all' una della notte, ci hanno tenuto svegli fino alle tre. I teli doccia non proprio adeguati come grandezza e consistenza. La mancanza di tappetini e scendi doccia in bagno.

Situato a 10 min di auto da Città di Castello, immerso nel verde dei colli.. location molto suggestiva, nel periodo estivo è presente una piscina! Giardini curatissimi, alloggio rustico ma con ambienti ampi e ben suddivisi!

Una bella parentesi per distaccarsi dal caos cittadino

Casa Poeta accoglie una famiglia al completo; comodi i due bagni. Nadia, molto gentile, ha ascoltato ogni nostra richiesta. Situato in un territorio bellissimo. Vale la pena assaggiare anche le pietanze calde del ristorante.
