Geen persoonlijke hulp, je komt aan en via de link open je de voordeur en de deur van de studio Geen handdoeken en wc papier voor meerdere dagen, alles berekend op 1 dag (wc papier 2 - 3 dagen) Kamers mogen beter schoongemaakt worden, toch wel op meerdere plekken van de kamer zaten spetters op de muren van de vorige mensen Op het balkon was onkruid en lagen sigaret peuken Geen ontbijt - service meer onder bij Kooger, we kregen via Kooger te horen dat bij Boutique ontbijtbuffet was

Very good location, clean appartments and very comfortable.

Check in process was very difficult as we were not sent the link prior to our arrival. Also when we were calling the emergency number noone was picking it up for an hour.. That made our whole experience less pleasant as after a long journey we were sitting outside of the room for quite some time. I can't imagine how difficult it can be for a person that it's not as familiar with technology as people in their 20s.

Mooi en netjes ingericht appartement, met leuk uitzicht op het vliegveld

Good size apartment with basic needs met- glasses plates cutlery towels bedding. There is a microwave and also a sandwich toaster and egg boiler in the cupboard.

The ‘lock together beds were not ‘locked together’. It was only on the morning of departure I noticed they could be but had been put the wrong way around- the connections were on the outside. The floor in the bedroom was not clean… felt like sand under my feet. There was a dirty glass on the side of the bath. The bath was not cleaned properly… the plug full of hair and greasy marks inside the tub. I had to clean it before we could use it. The shower head is broken so you can only have a ‘jet’. If you try to turn it to a gentler setting water sprays from the side. A coffee maker was provided. There was stale water left in both kettle and coffee maker. There were only 3 coffee pods provided- I expected 4-6 at least. The fridge was iced up and froze the orange juice we had brought with us for the morning.
