Nice enough views to beach and harbor. The apartment was roomy. The bathroom had good storage space for cosmetics, etc. the kitchen was well equipped and the sofa is comfortable.
There should be a written list of rules and where-to-finds. Check out time should be 11:00 rather than 10:00. There is no easy way to get help if anything goes wrong. The Treppenhaus could be cleaned up and decorated to be more welcoming.
