Good value for the miney

Google maps sent us to the wrong location and when we called them to find out what we should do they volunteered to come and pick us up. That was going above and beyond and we really, really appreciated it. The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable, the location was good. The fan they provided was very quiet and kept the temperature in the room very pleasant. The WiFi was very good.

There could have been more cooking utensils. Their supply was very limited with only a few pieces of cutlery but no spatulas, flippers, etc. a couple more of those items would have made using the kitchen much easier.

Disappointment

Room was spacious and relatively quiet / secure. Internet fast. Owner responsive.

Generally a dirty place. Paint falling off the room’s front door, so I wasn’t expecting much past that. Beds made very poorly and bedsheets re-used?? I don’t like finding someone else’s hair in my room, or stained blankets and floor mats with other people’s food in the kitchen. Floors, drawers, windows, shelves, dishes all dirty. Kitchen table sticky and chairs not stable. 2 wine glasses provided - one broken in half - really? Coffee mug broken with no handle? Looks like the cleaning staff either quit or didn’t show up for the past month. No microwave. No AC or ventilation fan. One small pot and one dirty frying pan provided thank you. Stained carpets. Very basic and unimpressive. No coffee or espresso machine available as advertised (but there was an empty Nescafe jar). Parking area very tight and most tenants must park on the street. Faulty kitchen light switch - sparks constantly. No gas stove - small electric stove with 2 burners provided. Front driveway blocked by car preventing my exit. No “no parking” sign posted by the owner. No hot water? Really? Well it looks like I need to search for the correct electrical breaker and turn this on myself. Shower drain plugged (with cold water) and I do not like seeing everyone else’s hair in the bathroom area (or anywhere). Shower stall dirty. No cleaning staff to be found during my 2 day stay. Would have been nice to have clean bedsheets and towel.

no solicitamos ningun alimento, esta bien la ubicacion, pero no cumplio con mis especatativas

el lugar esta muy descuidado en cuanto a la limpieza, el sofa, estaba super sucio encima le ponen un pedazo de trapo mas sucio quye el mismo sofa, las toallas estan super percudidas, la hace falta mucha mucha limpieza, la pantalla esta mal puesta, definitivamente no me volveria a hospedar en este sitio.

Fue muy desafortunado entrar y ver la Toallas y ropa de cama extendidas sobre unas jardineras para que se secaran. Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento al departamento y las condiciones de limpieza, terribles !!!, el lavabo con cabellos y manchas blancas de pasta de dientes, las paredes de la regadera con manchas de jabón, ell riel del cancel de la regadera terriblemente sucio. La parrilla de la cocina muy sucia, la cafetera con asientos de café y la tarja con manchas de cafe seco que se había derramado. Muy muy mal !!!!

Que todo es tablaroca y se filtran todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones y no descansas. Y no está muy limpio. El calentador o boiler está sin ventilación.

Hay un refrigerador ahí grande sin funcionar, ropa colgada afuera en los patios y escombros de basura en los patios y escalera, falta de limpieza en el departamento anduve en calcetas pues no quería pisar el piso y quedaron negras, las sábanas olían bien pero están viejas y manchadas una Micro pantallita (TV)solo en el cuarto del comedor donde está una cama individual

Que solo tiene lo muy básico. Es un departamento del cual solo puedes usar el baño y la recámara. Cocina ni de chiste. No tienen ni siquiera lo mínimo para prepararse o calentar nada

Buena atención, pero falta limpieza y descanso.

Nos hospedamos solo por una noche. El anfitrión fue muy amable y la zona donde se encuentra el departamento es bonita y tranquila. Sin embargo, la limpieza dejó mucho que desear: encontramos cabellos en la cama y las sábanas parecían no estar recién cambiadas. Además, la cafetera no tenía la jarra y no pudimos usarla. Durante la noche hubo demasiado ruido de las personas que estaban en el departamento de arriba, lo que impidió descansar bien. Creo que sería importante mejorar la limpieza y establecer reglas de silencio por la noche. Por lo demás, el lugar tiene potencial, pero por ahora mi experiencia no fue del todo buena.

La limpieza no fue buena: encontramos cabellos en la cama y las sábanas parecían no estar recién cambiadas. La cafetera no tenía jarra, por lo que no pudimos usarla. Además, hubo mucho ruido durante la noche por parte de los huéspedes del piso de arriba, lo que hizo difícil descansar.

Sin Descanso..

La ubicación, el señor muy atento y resolvió dudas y demás.

Se escucha absolutamente todo lo de los otros departamentos, al parecer las paredes son tablaroca, por lo que para mi que tengo el sueño muy ligero, me fue pésimo con los vecinos, y lo único que quería las 2 noches que estuve ahí, era dormir y no dormí nada bien, además de que la cama es dura y las almohadas nada cómodas.

AGRADABLE Y SUFICIENTE. VOLVERIA AL MISMO LUGAR.

El lugar es accesible y tiene lo suficiente. Está bien ubicado y la colonia es muy agradable. En general es agradable la estancia, el lugar silencioso y tranquilo. El Sr. Rafael amable y atento. Contestaba lo que se pedía cuando se requería.

Creo que la limpieza podría mejorar. Le faltaba barrido, trapeado y una sacudida. Las sábanas y edredones no se sentían limpias del todo. También creo que la decoración podría mejorar, pues el edredón de la cama de unicornios no viene al caso con NADA de la decoración del departamento. Algunas sillas del comedor tienen detalles de que se rompieron, al igual que los cortineros... son detalles pero creo que deben cuidarse para que sea EXCELENTE la presentación del lugar.

Un excelente alojamiento de paseo o de trabajo

Está en una colonia muy tranquila y segura; fui por cuestiones de trabajo y me sentí muy a gusto en el alojamiento.

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, iluminado y amplio. El único defecto (que no fue problemático en mi caso) es que las paredes son muy delgadas y se alcanza a escuchar lo que conversan los huéspedes del lado. Tuve la fortuna que los otros huéspedes fueron muy tranquilos y silenciosos.
