Die Lage war für uns super. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Strand, Stadt, Fischmarkt einfach zentral.

Good location. Interesting layout.

A lot of light comes in via the glass front of the apartment and there's no way to stop it (if you want a lie-in, say). The sound from the street also penetrates quite easily too. There wasn't any explanation of things when we got the keys, yet it's not exactly a straightforward place. The owner also just took the payment and left immediately, which didn't feel very welcoming. I think there were restrictions on using the washing machine depending on how long you were staying, which is not mentioned in the listing. We only stayed one night before catching the ferry to Santo Antao, but I'm glad we stayed elsewhere when we returned, to be honest.
