An exclusive garden, at your disposal, discreetly enclosed by ancient walls, where you can sunbathe and play your children.
Ancient house of 100 sqm. With garden and exclusive parking space, in the middle of the medieval village of Serravalle Pistoiese. Ideal for families or for a romantic couple vacation. Excellent base for visiting and experiencing Tuscany (Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa).
The house, recently restored with care by an architect, preserves its original architectural features, which give it a special atmosphere.
On the ground floor is the living room overlooking the private and exclusive garden, the large kitchen complete with appliances (electric oven, dishwasher) still has the old wood-burning oven, laundry room and a shower room.
On the first floor there are a double bedroom with an exclusive bathroom, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, a small living room with a sofa bed and a third bathroom with a bath.
The garden, enclosed by ancient stone walls, with shady trees and shrubs of roses and Mediterranean plants, is dominated by the tower of the medieval church of San Michele. A wisteria frames the entrance door.

Nicely renovated house in a small medival village. Very spacious and clean. Garden with trees for shade which was highly appreciated during the hot days. Perfect location, very close to Pistoia (very beautiful with lots of nice restaurants). Prato and Florence close by. 45 min to the sea by car. Very friendly hosts. Claudia was always available and very helpful with insider tips. Highly recommended.

Claudia and Nicola are very warm and attentive hosts. They have always been available in case we needed anything and have given us many recommendations on places and activities to do in the area.
The house is beautiful, very spacious and cozy, as well as very well equipped.
We would definitely come back.

A special experience to stay in a house in a quiet mediaeval Italian borgo. A spacious house with a large walled garden which offers maximum privacy.
An ideal location to visit Lucca and Florence by train. The station is just a few minutes drive.
