A dream oasis.

Very unique, quiet location, clean & comfortable stay

Everything nothing to say bad about it, nice little touch of a welcome pack made it more special

just the check in & check out times but I understand this is with all the properties not just this one, the check out was early on Sunday and because of these reasons I’d say the price of the property was a little too much

A very peaceful and comfortable cottage in a great location.

A quirky but beautifully converted cow-shed that is ideal for a solo visitor or a couple. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is far enough from town to feel in the middle of nowhere whilst close enough for shopping, etc. The wood-burner keeps the place warm although I never felt it was that cold anyway even in early November. Some good walking from the front door and easy driving to other attractions in the North Dales. would be very happy to stay here again if visiting the area.

Tranquil Hideaway

Loved the place, what a find! Red squirrels, woodpeckers and a variety of beautiful birds, sunsets and a perfect view of Blencathra looming in the distance and all this from the rear private terrace. The bath tub was a luxury and the little log burner kept us toasty warm whilst relaxing and dining after a long day's walk! Lovely goodies to greet us on arrival too and such a great base to explore the Eden Valley, Tan Hill and beyond. We will without a doubt be back again!

Tranquil, rural location. Comfortable with stylish design in keeping with farm conversion. Views of surrounding countryside. Able to watch many birds and a red squirrel from the living-room window. Handy base for exploring Eden Valley, Swaledale etc. Friendly hosts.

Beautiful and gorgeous place to relax x

It was a beautiful, surreal, tranquil place to visit. The countryside was amazing. The cow byne was a gorgeous country retreat. It was soo homely and cosy. X
