Апартаментът беше прекрасен. Жената която всъщност го държи е много мила и отзивчива. Местоположението е много хубаво. Басейнът е голям и хубав.
Нямаше топла вода в банята първите 2 дена, но проблемът беше разрешен и ни върнаха парите. Жената, която държи апартамента беше мила и се опитваше да ни помогне, макар да е в Чехия, но хората, които ни посрещнаха бяха много неуважителни и груби. Държаха супер просташко и селско, да не говорим за факта, че се опитваха да се заяждат с нас и да се правят на много мили. Силно препоръчвам, ако се настанявате в този хотел да е при частен собственик, а не при тях. Тези хора ни заплашиха, че ще не спрат тока, но не го правели, защото сме българи… Комуникационните им умения са под всякаква критика.

The floor was not cleaned and was very dirty. Also in the bathroom there was hair all over. Some of the lightbulbs were burned out.
