Beautiful renovated house situated in the hills just outside of Cortona, an Etruscan city par excellence, where you can still see its powerful city walls. The house is located on a hillside covered with olive trees rising above the Chiana valley and granting a beautiful panorama. Ideal for large families or groups of friends and couples who want to spend a holiday together, relaxing or seeing the famous cities and towns along the border of Tuscany and Umbria and allowing you to easily explore both regions. The house has a large natural lawn and terrace. In a slightly lower position is the swimming (8 x 4, 1.55 m deep) (1/05- 30/09) with a pergola for outdoor dining and barbecue. The house is accessed from a narrow unpaved road. Comfortable furniture with country antiques as well. Central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the dining room, DVD player, Internet connection, midweekly towel change. Cleaning service and a cook available on request. Car park.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 4.00 pm and 8.00 pm. From 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm check-in is guaranteed upon a fee of Euro 50. After 10.00 pm check in will not be guaranteed and if carried out the fee will be Euro 100. Check out is strictly at 9.30am. Only small pets are allowed at the added fee of 100 euros per pet per week. Possibility of charging electric cars (cost of electricity to be paid on the spot according to consumption).INTERIORS: GR.
