The property is very beautiful and the room we stayed was spacious and very clean. Julio is an amazing employee and saves the place in terms of customer service, he and the waiter Lucas are the reason we don’t give 1 star to the customer service.
There was a construction inside the hotel, just in front of our room, with lots of noise, workers smoking and talking very loud. Complained to the manager, she just said it was true and walked away. Not even said sorry for the inconvenience.
