Das Personal (von allem die Damen an der Front Desk von Atrium Residence - Frau Djordia, die sehr sehr sympathisch, kompetent, hilfsbereit und Kundenorientiert ist 🌷) ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist top!

Während 2 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes war das Palmas-Brass Festival. Da wir über Booking.com gebucht hatten, haben wir das erst bei unserer Ankunft erfahren! Da wir keine Freunde der Blasmusik sind, war dieser Umstand eher störend. Das ganze Hotel war gefüllt mit (vorwiegend jüngeren) Musikern. Diese waren sowohl beim Frühstücks- als auch beim Dinner-Buffet sehr laut (Gruppendynamik). Auch im Flur waren immer wieder laute, rücksichtslose Stimmen zu vernehmen.
Die Balkontüre war etwas fummelig zu öffnen/schliessen (Schiebetüre mit Kippfunktion)

Ein tolles Zimmer mit Frühstück und Brunch, zentral gelegen, strandnah, Parkplatz ok. Baska ist sehr schön und überschaubar, mit tollen Wanderwege, haben auch einen tollen Schiffs-Ausflug zusätzlich gebucht.

Rühreier waren immer kalt!
Schwarzbrot etwas zu wenig!
Walnüsse fehlten

Ci siamo stati solo una notte ma abbiamo lasciato il luogo con dispiacere! L’accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione e branch buonissimi, location meravigliosa, parcheggio davanti all’hotel a soli tre euro aggiuntivi. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa, fronte mare, davvero tutto impeccabile!
