Tágas, kényelmes 2 fő részére. Tömegközlekedéssel egyszerűen megközelíthető.
Ha bárhol maradt egy morzsa, a hangyák egyből megjelentek érte. Illetve szívesen gyűjtöttük volna külön a szelektív hulladékot, ha biztosítottak volna hozzá a lakáson belül külön tárolókat, vagy legalább szemeteszsákot.

La salle de bain état superbe! L’appartement est propre et plutôt confortable. Les magasins à proximité facilitent les achats. Être dans un vrai quartier ou habitent les gens c’est sympa..
C’était écrit qu’il y avait un parking gratuit et c’est faux, aucun parking, il faut se garer dans la rue si on trouve une place. Il n’y a presque rien pour cuisiner , la cuisine est assez vide . Le matelas dure. Le système pour ouvrir les portes n’est pas facile pour les vieux.

Bien que l’emplacement est situé dans une rue sans aucun charme, pour nous il était idéal car très proche du domicile des membres de notre famille. Le logement était très propre et bien aménagé et décoré avec goût.
Isolation phonique catastrophique, une voisine parlait au téléphone pdt la nuit, nous avions l’impression qu’elle était dans l’appartement! Autre point négatif le matelas fait cuvette , à 2personnes c’est vraiment pas idéal.
