Hosting two bedrooms; a family room with a king-size double and single, along with a double bedroom and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining area with a wood burner. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a steep stone garden. Situated in a lovely setting with local attractions close by, Holly Cottage is a cosy retreat in a memorable part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books, games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small parking space for one car. Unfenced terrace garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 minute walk. Note: Steep terrace garden, not suitable for children or those with limited mobility. Note: Please be advised of the steep staircase within the property.
