We loved fishing on the Goulburn River! Some great spots here with easy access! Although the facilities are very dated and run down, we are excited to see what the new owners do to upgrade them. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The cockatoos are absolutely gorgeous but may be a little annoying for light sleepers!
It was a fair drive to any shops etc… and the cabin really needed a hairdryer, baking tray for the oven and more soap. The TV only had SBS and ABC which was a little painful and the wifi is basically non existent.

Great spot to enjoy peace and quiet, everything you need is there. Short stroll into the bush to the river or a short drive to many fishing spots. Family friendly with pool, playground, games room ect... The owners were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved how relaxed the park was. The kids got to be kids - rode their bikes without the worry of cars. An easy walk to the private beach. We had the paddleboards in and spent hours down there. The pool was nice.
The owners were lovely.
That we had to be organised because you couldn't just quickly run into town - this is more of an "us" problem, not a park problem.
The kids' playground and camp kitchen facilities were a little run down.
Zero phone or internet reception - also was less of an issue than we thought it would be.

Not realizing how far out in the bush it was(my fault) it felt like I would hear duelling banjoes soon when I came across an oasis of green in the grey and the dust of the late summer bush.
Nice spot, basic cabin that is very clean, I saw no cobwebs in doors or outside of the cabins, very surprised and very pleased.
Did not realize I had to supply my own bedding, lucky it was a nice night

Hard bed not that conducive to snuggling down to sleep.
