    The stay was good but could have been improved if the place had been renovated or had not promised things in inventory that were not repaired or not available. For the price you pay, the Breakfast inclusion is highly recommended and overall, the food has been the best feature of the hotel. Rest of the services in terms of cleanliness, maintenance of rooms and provided services were not available as promised in brochure.

    While location and room size is positive, the room itself was not maintained. There were leftover tissues in dustbin, stains in washroom and sofa seemed to be in dire need of cleaning with very big visual stains. Front desk staff refused me to speak to manager and even refused to share bill asking me to take it up with agoda.
