It's exactly as described. The room is small but adequate. A very quiet and clean place.
I didn't have much information about how and when I could use the dishwasher, but it's a minor issue.

The place is clean. It has all the amenities. It's fully self sufficient, meaning it has a place to cook, clean, wait, wifi, bathrooms, lounge etc. After my room rental time was over,I had to wait for a couple of hours and this place accommodated that. Thank you!

Location was best possible.
Room was like a human storage. It's really small, not sound proof box. Only really small mirror that was too high on the ceiling (I'm short woman). No privacy at all. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.
