Great host, perfect for zrce beach

Emanuela (the host) greated us on arrival touring the appartment and showing great hotspots in the neighbourhood, verry kind. The apartment is perfectly located if you want to go into novalja or go to zrce beach. The apartment is located in a more quite part between novalja down town and babe beach, with both within a 15 min walk.

The apartment has al necessities however the kitchen is small, with only 2 burners. Good excuse to eat out ;)

Location is very good, close to the centre, and to one beach. We used a car to drive to see other beaches which are much nicer that near apartment. Emanuela is a great person, supportive, attentive and caring. Air conditiong works very well. Nice balcocywith great view. It was quiet even though the house was full. Good parking place. Apartment was exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, clean, renewed. We really enjoyed staying there. I recommen truly this place by Emanuella.

Perhaps on the balcony there could be an umbrella - after 10 am, it is imposible to use it, it is too hot, no shadow.

This place is just amazing! When we arrived host was very friendly and hospitable. Apartment is quite big, comfortable and renovated. It has super location near sea and walking path. City center is very near, also some beaches.. our favourite was beach called "Babe". Overall this stay has really exceeded our expectations and will definetely come back next year. BIG THANKS TO EMANUELA!

I was really satisfied with my stay in Emanuala appartments. Location is great, close to the beach and city center, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with modern design, nice terrace is included. The host was very welcoming and helpful, she recommended nice places and beaches worthy to visit.

Emanuela is amazing person, very helpful and kind. We have 10month baby and she help us (till our room was prepared) with everything (make us coffee, help with place to dressed and feed our son, pluged in our travel fridge to have fresh food) By our stay at her apartment always asked if everything is fine if we nned something.. we really enjoy it here (10 of 10).. we wish all the best to Emanuela and her family...

Comfortable, calm stay almost at the heart of Novalja with beautiful sea view

Location was great, room as exactly as it looked in the pictures, free-parking's great, premises were super clean and tidy. Emanuela was super accommodating, friendly and ready to help. A nice beach, restaurants, bars and shops are just a short walk away.

Wifi connection wasn't the best, but we were on vacation to disconnect anyway!

Good

Location was great, apartment was really clean and stayed cool during the day. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and beaches can be reached easily.

There was no sun shade at the balcony. As it is oriented towards south you can not sit there on sunny days. Emanuela was very friendly at the beginning, but in the end a little too obtrusive and got in contact with us like seven times during our stay. We like it more to be left alone during our vacation.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, ist sehr modern und auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett!

Leider ist das Apartment sehr laut. Uns ist bewusst, dass wir Urlaub an einem Partyort gemacht haben aber wenn man im Schlafzimmer jedes Wort was die Leute im anderen Zimmer in normaler Lautstärke sprechen hört ist es auf Dauer sehr mühsam. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und modern nur leider hat der Abfluss extrem gestunken! Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht wirklich komfortabel, da die Couch sehr klein ist und man zu zweit kaum Platz hat. Wir haben bewusst ein teureres Apartment genommen, da wir für das Sonus Festival dort waren und ein komfortables Apartment wollten.

Perfekt boende med hög standard !

Perfekt boende med närhet både till stad och bad. Mycket nära ligger ett mindre bageri vilket gör frukosten så mycket bättre dessutom ett par riktigt bra restauranger precis runt hörnet. Lugnt område och extra tryggt att värdinnan bor i huset dessutom parkering precis intill huset. Vi rekommenderar starkt boende här !
