Joaquín es una persona magnífica, muy amable, atento y detallista.
El apartamento está muy bien y su situación es perfecta. Es maravilloso escuchar el mar desde la terraza y ver la playa y el mar desde la misma.
Además tiene plaza de garaje.
Repetiremos.

This apartment was fantastic--the great beachfront location just a few minutes from a good selection of restaurants is roomy, clean, and very well-equipped. We could see and hear the waves and really enjoyed the spacious living/dining room and balcony. The kitchen had everything we could have need, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. The host could not have been any more accomodating and attentive. It felt like being at a real home.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui parle très bien français.
Appartement très propre et fonctionnel (tout est mis à disposition, lave vaisselle, lave linge, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner), wifi gratuit.
la plage est quasi au pied de l'immeuble.
Petit plus non négligeable quand on vient en famille: deux trousseaux de clés sont fournis.

The host Joaquin is super efficient and friendly. Asking us throughout our stay if everything was OK for us. Beautiful apartment with a sea view. 1 minute to the beach and promenade. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms makes it easy if there are more than 2 people staying.
Also 1 minutes walk to a few restaurants.
Private parking in a gated community too.
We loved our stay and really recommend this lovely place.
There was nothing we didn't like. All was perfect for our stay. We felt comfortable and relaxed here.
