The Barn House is really great, the Interior Design and the Architecture is well done. I would book the property for sure again. The house has everything you need for a great stay, incl. washmachine and dryer - which is helpful if you had a rainy day in Iceland. The hot pot is a very nice add one and we used it regular.
Only the 3rd room (twin bed) is not so cozy than the other rooms I would change the 3000k light into 2.700k and add some more matarials with a warm color.

Incredible view, comfortable beds, lovely hot tub
Staircase to the main level and master is tricky - not good for mobility issues

Wonderful place. Super clean. Three separate bedrooms each which was spacious. Wonderful amenities, including fancy Icelandic soap. Unbelievable view of the ocean. Nice blackout shades.
Upstairs got really hot, but cooled off when we turned off the heat and opened the windows. A bit of a dry from everything but it’s on the ocean so that’s to be expected.
