住宿區有小動物可以餵食體驗、有兒童遊戲室跟健身房還有風呂可以使用、晚上9點半有提供宵夜、飯店的停車場在地下室不會淋到雨、B棟樓層都有飲水機，浴室吹風機是國際牌的，有帶兒童會提供澡盆、消毒鍋、床圍
早餐的菜色不太理想，小籠包、鍋貼味道都不太行、插座有點少、電視沒有第四台、AB棟大樓連通常搞不太清楚、要吃日式料理要離開飯店冒著雨走到戶外園區的餐廳
