Beautiful and modern 90m2 apartment ideal for your relaxing beach holidays. Located in a private building, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with French size bed, living room with single sofa bed and 43" TV, eat-in kitchen complete with appliances, free wifi, warm and cold air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, washing machine, ironing board and iron, panoramic terrace with table and chairs where you can have lunch and sunbathe in peace on our sun loungers. Private parking space for 1 car.

Wir haben in der Unterkunft eine schöne Woche mit 4 Personen verbracht. Die Aussicht ist genial, die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nur wenige Wünsche übrig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiter.

Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in der Ferienwohnung. Eine absolut atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Imperia. Übrigens auch bei Nacht. Ein wirkliches Highlight. Die Wohnung ist tipp-topp sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und Küche/Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet (selbst ein Induktionskochfeld). Auf der großzügig geschnittenen Terrasse gibt es 4 Liegestühle mit Auflagen und ein guter und stabiler Pavillon gegen die Sonne. Darunter ein großer Holztisch mit 4 Stühlen. Grill ist auch vorhanden (hatten wir aber gar nicht benutzt). Die Privatstraße zum Haus ist teilweise recht steil und kurvig - ein überdachter Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen.
